Refund Policy & Returns (UK Only) — 30-Day Returns

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and purchased on www.evercresthome.com (“Evercrest Home”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

    You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

  2. Return eligibility and condition
    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in the same condition you received them

  • resellable and free from damage, marks, or signs of use

  • returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and all accessories included

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund where permitted by law.

  1. Non-returnable items

  1. Return shipping costs
    A) Faulty / damaged on arrival / incorrect item
    If the product is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or not what you ordered, we will arrange a solution. Return shipping costs can be recovered/covered, provided you follow our return instructions.

B) Change of mind / wrong item ordered / no longer wanted / doesn’t fit preferences
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return labels (optional): We may provide a return label for convenience. If you use our label for a change-of-mind return, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges: If you paid any shipping fees (e.g., an upgraded service), these are non-refundable. Standard delivery is free where offered.

  • pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit

  • include all original accessories and packaging

  • ship the parcel using the method/address provided in our instructions

  • keep proof of postage/tracking until your refund is completed

Refund issuance:

  • If approved, we will issue the refund within a further 7 business days to your original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

Bank processing:

  • Your bank/payment provider may take up to 7 additional business days to show the refund.
