Shipping Policy (UK Only) — Free Standard Delivery

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.evercresthome.com (“Evercrest Home”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and delivered within the United Kingdom.


1) Shipping destinations

  • We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK).

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2) Shipping cost

  • Standard UK delivery is free on all eligible orders (no minimum order value).

  • If any optional paid delivery upgrade is offered at checkout, the cost (if selected) is non-refundable once the order has shipped.


3) Order cut-off time and processing

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT)

    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time (handling time): 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

    • Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatch.


4) Transit time and delivery estimate

  • Carrier transit time (after dispatch): approximately 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Estimated delivery time (processing + transit): typically 7–15 business days from the date of purchase

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (for example: carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, remote-area routing, or incorrect/incomplete address details).


5) Delivery partners (carriers)

Depending on the order and destination, we may ship using one or more of the following carriers:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is made by us to complete delivery efficiently.


6) Order tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link/number (where available).

  • You can also use our “Track My Order” page to view tracking updates.


7) Delivery issues (late, missing, damaged)

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  4. photos (recommended for damaged parcels/items)

8) Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct UK delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply if we need to re-ship the order.
